Thanks to the generosity of the National Lottery, we are able to expand our team and have a total of four roles available for professionals to apply for.

All roles are three-year fixed term contracts and all successful candidates will need to uphold our ethos and values – focusing on helping to support parents experiencing CPA.

There are two CPA Practitioner roles available – one part-time, and one full-time.

This role focuses on working directly with parents, whether that’s triaging new referrals, undertaking risk assessments, formulating safety plans, facilitating group sessions, or delivering programmes and workshops.

We’re looking for professionals who have relevant experience and are able to remain calm under pressure, communicate well, and self-motivate, as well as being highly organised.

The full-time role hours are 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9am to 3.30pm on Wednesdays and 1.5 hours one evening per week.

The part-time role hours are 9am to 2.30pm and 7pm to 8pm on Tuesdays, 9am to 2.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

In addition, we’re looking for two part-time administrators who will support virtual workshops and programmes by answering queries throughout the sessions and sharing further information, manage company correspondence, process referrals, complete admin for workshops and programmes, and book and create itineraries for business trips, staff meetings and company events.

The hours for one role are 9am to 3.30pm on Mondays, 9am to 4pm on Tuesdays, and 9am to 5pm on Wednesdays.

The hours for the second role are 9am to 5pm on Wednesdays, 9am to 4pm on Thursdays, and 9am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
