It was a huge privilege for PEGS to attend the 2023 Forward Ladies Leadership Summit & Awards, which celebrated so many fantastic women across the UK and beyond. This was the 13th annual summit and awards hosted by Forward Ladies and the theme of 2023 was Breaking Barriers. Forward Ladies celebrates the crucial impacts of female leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship, and honours the achievements of women who are breaking barriers with their work and leadership across both the public and private sectors.

Ellie (PEGS Service Manager) and Sophia (PEGS CPA Practitioner) attended this inspiring event following Ellie being shortlisted as a finalist in the category of 'Rising Star of the Year' for strong, female leaders who are in the early stages of their leadership careers. The day was one filled with highly motivating panel discussions, brilliant talks from some amazing women in their respective fields, and much networking with other attendees who shared the Forward Ladies ethos. PEGS is always so appreciative to attend events like this one, where strong women are honoured and celebrated for the work they do and the leadership they demonstrate.
